Roundhouse kicks can hit any part of the body, excluding genitals. Any blow can be blocked with the tibia. Throws are always valid as long as judo techniques are not applied. Impacts with knees in any part of the body are valid, except for the genital area.
Hitting with the heel or heel: during the clinch it is strictly forbidden to hit the opponent's legs with the heel. The takcles: it is not allowed to take the legs if the opponent has not launched a kick or a knee blow.
